Mary Hurd purchased her first investment property in Missoula in 1996. In 2005 she took up property management as a full time career, obtained her license and spent the past six years learning the styles and techniques of other property management companies in Missoula.
Rent Smart is a result of those experiences. We took what Mary Hurd learned was effective, and we changed what we knew didn’t work, and implemented some really good technology to deliver what we believe is now Missoula’s smarter choice for property management.
